Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from the paid SolopreneurPage plan within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. The contract is concluded when the paid plan is completed through the Stripe or Lemon Squeezy checkout.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement. You can use the online withdrawal function on this page, send an email to support@solopreneurpage.com, or use the model withdrawal form below. Use of the model form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract in time, we will reimburse payments received from you for the withdrawn contract no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration.

We will generally use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged additional fees for this reimbursement.

If performance has already begun during the withdrawal period at your express request, a reasonable amount may be payable for services already provided where the statutory requirements are met.

For digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire early if we begin performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that performance starts before the withdrawal period expires and you have acknowledged that you may lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

A corresponding consent may be requested during checkout or when digital access is provided.

An active subscription can be cancelled for the end of the current billing period independently of the withdrawal right. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not replace a timely withdrawal.
